Important end-of-the-year deadlines 2018
In connection with the end of 2018 fiscal year, you must register all your 2018 activities in ProMark, receive your 2018 invoices in IndFak, and record and send all your 2018 traveling expenses to control.
Wednesday, January 2: Deadline for ProMark time registration
We strongly recommend that you register your holidays and absences and sign off before you go on Christmas holiday.
Thursday, January 3: Deadline for creating and sending to control your travel expenses and other expense settlements in RejsUd
Please note that all trips made in 2018 and products purchased and delivered in 2018 must be charged in 2018. They cannot be postponed to 2019.
Thursday, January 10: Deadline for requesters for approval of invoices in IndFak concerning 2018
Help us by approving as many invoices as possible early – preferably before Christmas if possible.
Please note that ST Economy is closed between Christmas and New Year.
