WorkZone - change of period
In WorkZone, we need to change periods, and this entails that the present WorkZone database will be shut down mid-March in 2022 and will automatically become a historic database with no option to file/upload emails & documents (but the search feature will still be there).
Only open, active cases will be transferred to the new period/database.
KMD will facilitate the transfer for us, and they will charge us for every case they transfer – therefore, we will only transfer relevant, open cases.
Open, active cases are defined as cases without activity over the last 6 months. It turns out, that the Department of Agroecology has many cases with below status:
- No activity on the case over the last 6 months (are defined as inactive cases).
- A number of empty cases (no emails, correspondence, files, etc. have been filed/uploaded).
If you, as case handlers, have cases, which fit under above 2 categories, you will be contacted by your section coordinator over the next months.
Cases without any activity over the last 6 months might simply be “closed”, however, there are cases without documents/emails, etc. which simply may be ascribed to:
- The case has been created by mistake and can be DELETED.
- You as case handlers don’t live up to your obligations to file in WorkZone – check below homepage:
File keeping in AGRO (au.dk)
All employees need to dive into own mailboxes and make sure that you have filed all, relevant material as soon as possible. We can, of course, still create new cases in WorkZone, if you need this.
Please contact your section coordinator if you have any questions.
