Good collaboration between the student and the technicians (TAP) is very important, and therefore we have prepared The Good Plan which must always be followed in connection with lab- or field work. It is not possible to work in the labs or in the fields if The Good Plan has not been properly filled in.
Letter of Expectation - TAP supervisor to student
The student's supervisor is responsible for booking a meeting and convene supervisor, technician (TAP) supervisor, and the student.
The field rent includes costs and depresiations:
There is no salaries in the field rent. Therefore, all staffing for establishment, harvesting, sowing plots (requires extra hours), observations, irrigation, special treatments and other registrations in the field during the experiment.
When budgetting in applications with field experiments, it is allways a good idea to talk with the driftslederen on the location where your experiment is planned, to gain clarity on what is included and what requires extra staffing.
