Local Liaison Committee (LSU)
How the committee works
All employees have the opportunity to stand for election as a representative to the Local Cooperation Committee (LSU) via the organizations entitled to negotiate. This provides good opportunities to be involved in a local collaboration where decisions and new ideas can be discussed and developed between management and employees, especially regarding the department's financial situation, structural changes and other decisions regarding the organization of work, see the terms of reference. The agenda is prepared in collaboration between the chairman and vice-chairman and is sent to all employees no later than one week prior to the meeting.
