Department of Agroecology - Secretariat

About us

We are the administrative foundation that ensures the operation and development of the Department of Agroecology. Our role is not just supportive but also transformative—we create the necessary framework for the institute to attract, retain, and develop the best talent.

We strive to foster an inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace where everyone can thrive, develop, and contribute their unique skills. Through a strong work culture characterized by diversity, collaboration, and innovation, we support both daily operations and long-term strategic decisions.

As the backbone of AGRO, we connect disciplines and translate specialized solutions into practice. With a broad range of professional expertise and strong collaborative relationships, we ensure that the institute remains a dynamic and sustainable knowledge environment—benefiting research, society, and the future of agroecology.

Strategy & Communication

The Communication & Strategy team at AGRO works across disciplines and serves as your professional partner for communication with the press, stakeholders, and the agricultural and food sectors. We are ready to help you share your research findings and projects with the world in a clear and engaging way.  We also support internal communication at the institute by creating internal knowledge-sharing groups, making information easily accessible on the intranet, and providing graphic support for applications and publications.  Our goal is to ensure high-quality communication—both in Danish and English—and to support researchers in their commitment to disseminate knowledge, engage in public debate, and be accessible to the media. Together with DCA’s communication department, we ensure that your research receives the visibility it deserves.
